We had a brilliant experience with Andrews (Bear Flat). From our first meeting with Emily I knew we were in safe hands, she clearly had a great understanding of the market & set realistic expectations whilst also aiming to get the best price & more importantly the best buyer for our property. She was enthusiastic & always on the end of the phone should we have any queries or questions. The rest of the team matched her enthusiasm & patience. Special shout out to Sophia & Keith too. We sold our property within a week & also had an offer accepted on our dream property. The process took less than 3 months from start to finish & was smooth at every stage thanks to great communication from our Andrews with everyone in the chain. I recently sold a property through the Witney branch of Andrews and it was generally a good experience. Rebecca Copelin was the agent who dealt with the valuation and sale and she was excellent. There were a few issues surrounding one of the viewings which wasn't the greatest, but Andrews were very good in how they responded to this. I would say that as the sellers (the fee paying immediate customer of Andrews) we did feel at moments like we were the B side of the equation in comparison to the buyers. But on reflection Andrews did help us sell the house very quickly and for a good price so the objective was achieved with their help and expertise.

Shortly after losing my father, my mother moved into a care home and I had the task of clearing and selling their house. Several estate agents were asked to value the property, and discuss how they would market it. Mum and I were both very impressed by Matt from Andrews, who was kind and sympathetic at what was a very difficult time for us, but also professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the property business. From the moment I instructed them to sell the property, to the day the transaction completed and I took the keys in to their office, Matt, Charlie and Becca were consistently friendly, helpful and approachable, quick to respond to messages and provide feedback from viewings. It was usually Charlie who I spoke to on the phone and he was always able to provide a full update on progress, and to discuss my options. In the end, there were competing offers for the house and the team at Andrews negotiated a very satisfactory outcome for us. Overall, they made a stressful time a little easier for me, and I would not hesitate to use the firm again in the future.

I have been a customer of Andrews Lettings department in Witney for over 20 years now and have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and capable. I hardly have any " Down Time" the properties are rented for about 95% of the time, so that's positive. Currently Tom Pickford is responsible for the management of them and he does a very good job with the day to day running of them. He responds to emails in a timely fashion and is very professional. The best estate agent by a mile

I've used Andrew's in the past and I've always found them a lot better than most other estate agents so they were my preferred choice and they did not disappoint me. Originally Dan came round to look at my property and he was friendly, informative, trustworthy and helpful. I knew straight away that I would be using Andrew's after our appointment. He made everything so easy. My house went on the market and was snapped up straight away, at a price I was more than happy with. Isabelle was great with communication and very helpful during the viewings and I never had to chase anyone for anything. I honestly felt like I was in such good hands that I didn't even give anything a second thought.After the property was let I dealt with Molly and Isobelle and they were both so lovely and amazing at their jobs. Andrews definitely knows how to employ brilliant staff and they are all a credit to the company. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again anytime I need an estate agent.

Andrews have been managing my property for around 30 years and I've been very satisfied with their service during that time.
