Great personal, caring and genuine service from my local Bear Flat Andrews estate Agents. I had 3 valuations and chose this office because of the initial meeting with Emily...she is interested engaging and very professional as well as being very easy to get on with.It was nice to have some enthusiasm right from the off...unlike a few other places I had valuations from.I was fortunate to sell the house to the first person that viewed it!.....the sale and then transactions were pushed along by Emma who was efficient and helpful. My buyer had a personal crisis in the midst of the sale and Emma handled this with sensitivity and professionalism to complete the whole sale.Keith and Sophie in the office were also really kind and on hand when I had a call or query. Selling your house and in my case business after 25 years was a daunting prospect....however due to the friendly caring people in this office ...the sale went through quickly and without too much stress!!

All the staff I dealt with were helpful and pleasant but my main contact, Holly, deserves a special mention. She went out of her way to ensure that communication between all parties ran smoothly. Honest, straightforward, and professional, Nicole is everything you wish for in an estate agent. I have no hesitation in recommending Nicole to others planning to rent.Glines (not sure of his first name) and Shannon were also amazing. When the process was taking a little bit longer than expected, Glines was patient, quick to reply, communicated with us, and played a key part in ensuring the issue was resolved to the satisfaction of all parties. We found this property on onthemarket.com and contacted Andrews about a viewing. They took a few details and then made an appt for us to view. The day of the viewing came and upon entry to the property we were met and welcomed by a colleague of Andrews who was very friendly but professional and allowed us to look around the property without pressure and answered all our questions promptly and efficiently. He helped us to imagine all our own things in the property and we were excited to get back and apply for the property. 10 out of 10 all round

Renting a new property

I found myself in the situation of having to look for a new property to rent. I had email alerts set up, one came through for a property close to where I was living. I immediately went into my local Andrews to arrange a viewing. I managed to get a viewing the same day and made and offer. 2 weeks later I was moving into that new property. This was all thanks to the excellent Bobbie Caller who showed my round the property and Laila Von Trapp who was an absolute diamond all through the referencing process. I can thoroughly recommend using Andrews if you are looking for a new property to rent.

I have to say our property manager nicola Is absolutely amazing Nothing is ever to much trouble. Even when on annual leave I always have a response as soon as she returns. Leave a message she always calls back. Nothing is ever to much trouble. Nicola is always there with a helping hand and goes above and beyond. I have rented a property with Andrews for over 5 years and I have NEVER had a issue with them. Everything that needs to be done have been done. Paperwork is always up to date. Gas safety and electrical checks are always done even when I forget they are due! Work that needs to be done is always done. They only ever a call and email away if I need anything. From all rental companies I have come across they have to be up there with the best. So thank you again Nicola and Andrews
