Dealing with iPropertyFinders in Northampton has been an unexpectedly delightful experience, and I say “unexpectedly” only because property and delight don’t always appear in the same sentence. From day one, the team were switched on, responsive, and refreshingly human. Emails were answered (quickly!), phone calls were returned, and I never once felt like I’d been placed into a mysterious administrative vortex. If anything needed sorting, it was handled before I’d even had time to worry about it. They clearly know the Northampton market inside out and manage to combine proper professionalism with a friendly, down-to-earth approach. Everything was explained clearly, timelines were realistic, and there were no surprises, aside from how smooth the whole thing was. Even the paperwork was organised and painless. I kept waiting for the “stressful bit” everyone warns you about… but it never really arrived. I’m still slightly suspicious that they’ve somehow made lettings efficient on purpose. All in all, a fantastic service delivered with competence, clarity, and just the right amount of personality. If you’re looking for a lettings agency that actually does what it says it will do (imagine that!), iPropertyFinders are a brilliant choice.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with iPropertyFinders in Northampton, and I can honestly say they’ve restored my faith in lettings agents. From the very first conversation, the team were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful, not the “we’ll get back to you in 3, 5 working weeks” kind of helpful, but the “we’ve already sorted it” kind. Every question was answered clearly, every step was explained properly, and the whole process felt organised and stress-free. What really stood out was their communication. Calls were returned promptly, emails didn’t disappear into the abyss, and I was kept updated throughout. It sounds simple, but in the world of property, that level of service is surprisingly rare! They’re knowledgeable about the Northampton market and clearly care about both landlords and tenants. Nothing felt rushed or transactional, it felt like they genuinely wanted to get things right. Even the paperwork (which usually has the excitement level of watching paint dry) was handled so smoothly it was almost enjoyable… almost. I saw a property online today to let in Northampton and rang to try and book a viewing, the main number took me through to Paul who I assume was driving and he sent me on another number to call. I called and left a message for a Jonathan. Jonathan got back to me and immediately started trying to go deep into our finances, which I refused to go in to specifics as I don’t know him from the next guy or even his position in the company, he even went as far as comparing his finances to ours, which was very strange. I informed him I knew what we get in and what goes out and we were able to make the rent and bills fine. Jonathan was just not interested in listening to me at all, which I’m sure if my husband had called would not have been the case. I told him I would be happy to explain our finances better if we were interested in the property and wanted to progress to an application but I was ignored. I can only assume the lack of help was also because I told him we would get some help towards the rent as we had disabled children in the household so only one of us works full time. Overall a very bizarre and somewhat misogynistic telephone call. Not professional at all.

They've robbed me. Straight up lied and concealed the truth. They took my deposit money(200£) and doesn't want to give it back to me !! I strongly do NOT recommend these crooks. To add up, the houses they manage are rat infested and other pests present. Got photos and all that for proof(council notices) in case somebody don't believe me. Their accomodation I use to live in just got served from the Court because of 12000£ bill worth of unpaid electricity. This company is NOT a serious company, they are a joke ! Please avoid
