Extremely Disappointed as landlord.Worst service ever. Lack of Communication which in some cases cost to landlords. Being the first time landlord they don't think even once to cheat you by making false promises. I would never recommend anyone to Connells.

Don't deserve any stars. Treat tenants as rubbish. No hot water for 2 months for tenant. No parking permits. Slow to respond to any fault, don't bother visiting tenants. No local tradesman support. Keep changing contacts

Awful down valued my house by 30k when the neighbors sold for the amount I applied for. Really unprofessional, it was with Principality.working in conveyancing I see a lot of problems with them. Avoid.

Do not trust this agency. RUDE STAFF. problems with any possible service. They don't care at all about tenants. When you trying to arrange check out,they will definitely play with you.and you can forget about deposit back. Nightmare agency

utterly rubbish. charged £600 in total for the service and didn't bother to do the important task of submitting my mortgage application. Ignored requests from solicitors and the advisor still hasn't even acknowledged he failed to do his job.

Connells are very very poor on integrity. They will tell you anything and everything that comes to their tongue to sign you up and then not walk the talk. I should have checked the reviews before entertaining them.

Don't waste you time to go to this agency.! They don't care about customers! I went to ask info about flat to rent and they were annoyed. They made me to feel uncomfortable.
