GoogleNever ever rent from dixons! The worst company ever. Just stay away if you don't want the stress of not getting your deposit back. Or the landlord doing NO repairs in the property. The staff are a joke and so are the landlords.

GoogleWe have had a couple of setbacks here and there while arranging renting but Lauren at Dixon's Solihull had a lot of patience and her professional attitude was brilliant. She rectified any problems swiftly and made the process run as smoothly as possible. Thank you!

GoogleOne of the worst letting agents. Never respond on refunds. without proper requirements from Landlards, they collect initial deposit and at the very last day they say that the land lord is not interested to let the property out. No reasons provided. Simply they tell some nonsense reasons. Its been almost 40 days since they collected money from me and no refunds as of now. its such a shame to DIXONS... Change yourself and try to give minimum services for the money you are collecting as FEEs of too much £s.

GoogleI would just like to say how satisifed we have been with the service provided from Dixons in Solihull in particular Ms Karen Jones, so much so I decided to write this review which is something I rarely do..... not only is Karen professional to the highest standard but she is also extremely patient, very helpful, polite and understanding to our situation as we are relocating from London. GoogleVery good communication throughout and were able to explain all the questions I had. Responded promoptly to all my.emails. Much friendlier than other estate agents I've dealt with. I would definitely use Dixon's again and reccomend them to others.
