She presented us a beautiful home and pushed our solicitors to a nice quick exchange and completion (approx 15 weeks - that fast when it comes to buying houses). First time buyer 🏡

My partner and I are buying our first home through Crest Nicholson and having explored multiple options through other local developers, we found CN to be our preferred option. Jan and Hayley have been super helpful and efficient in the process so far, making things very easy for us as first time buyers, not to mention their patience with our numerous questions! Looking forward to completion date and getting the keys to our first home! And I don’t doubt that the level of support from Jan and Hayley will continue throughout :)

Very disappointed that Crest has not…

Very disappointed that Crest has not taken responsibility for finishing the road off at the entrance to our development. We moved to the Iron Stone Place development in Bodicot three years ago and despite much communication they have evaded responsibility for finishing the road at the entrance to our development. They keep passing the buck back and forwards to others such as the council. This should have been discussed and agreed prior to building. Wouldn’t buy from crest again because if this which is a pity to have this review over something they should step up to. Says a lot about the company

Choosing a property to buy can be stressful, however it has not been thanks to Louise and Ali who provided an excellent service at our recent visits at Crest. The new Sales Office at The Elm is very spacious and has been a pleasant location for the reservation procedure.

Worst customer service I have ever had…

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Once you have purchased they do not give a frank please think twice and ensure you have a new build home service completed before you sign any move-in paperwork. Still waiting for our poorly fitted kitchen which we upgraded to be fixed, the roof not fixed, and the driveway poorly installed. They just do not respond to us anymore. We are going to sue and speak with the new builds insurance.

Fuller's Grove - East Challow

We purchased a house on the Fuller's Grove estate with Crest Nicholson after they bought our previous house from us in part exchange. We can honestly say they were excellent to deal with and the process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. We love our new home and are very satisfied with the quality of the build. We did have quite a few snags when we moved in but this is to be expected of any new build property and Crest rectified all snags very quickly so we cannot complain. I'd also like to call out Chloe at Crest who has been tremendously helpful throughout the process. Nothing is too much to ask of her and she will endeavour to help wherever possible. We know she will go very far in her career and wish her all the best.The only negative feedback I could give would be that the landscaping finish in the final section of the estate is poor and looks unfinished which is a shame. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crest to anyone looking to buy a new build property.

The house is quite literally falling apart...

The house is quite literally falling apart, the unsuite shower is leaking into the living room roof, tiles are chipped and was never sorted, bath panel falling off, plugs and switches are wobbling. I had contactors park on my Grass and Crest refused to fix that too! Absolute appalling quality and I would seriously avoid!To add, we had their 'plumber' come and look at the shower in January as it was leaking. The 'plumber' fixed the leak, only for it to become much worse 2 weeks ago. I reported this to Crest to be told they would investigate and come back to me...1 week later (ensuite show out of action) I still had no response, so I investigated if myself to find the 'plumber' had siliconed the shower tray plug seal! I emailed Crest to advise my findings and threaten legal action if they didn't fix this problem ASAP to which they replied the house is now out of the 2 year warranty period and I'd have to prove it was thier plumber who did this! Followed by they won't pay for any repairs or damages caused by the leak. Cowboys in the open...Avoid!

The sales team at Crest Nicholson were truly fantastic, they were always there to support us during our purchase. It did not matter how many times we call for information, guidance or general enquiries. They were alongside us during the whole process. The house itself is well built and we had some snags but the customer care team were responsive and dealt with them appropriately within the first six months of living in a crest property. I would urge Crest Nicholson to maintain the same standards of communication through their warranty period so that buyers can experience really good customer support and enjoy their property. I recommend buying from Crest Nicholson, especially because of the buying experience.
