The customer service is terrible. I purchased two flats and the experience was really bad. The flats had several issues and I struggled with hundreds of emails and phone calls to contact the company. They did not solved all the problems after 2 years of complaining. I am still waiting and complaining. I have wasted many hours of my life and a lot of money obviously.

The men did a reasonable job but left me with a lot of clearing up. For the price with discount I was definetly ripped off! Also I had to pay cheque to one of workmens wife ..... really strange!
