I would say she saved the day a few times! I have found the customer service from KHP to be outstanding. The team - particularly Be, but also Julie - have gone the extra mile in every respect of the house sale/pre-sales process. The assistance has also encompassed support in dealing with the tenants who were renting my property prior to the sale. Helping in finding them a place to move to and also advising me as I navigated this tricky situation, whilst dealing with the inferior services of the 'official' letting agent.
