Managed to secure full asking price from the first person through the door. Massive shout to Michael Commons who went over and above to get the sale over the line. Communication was second to none. Would always pick up the phone or respond to emails promptly. Managed a difficult situation at a stressful time when all around them others failed. They may not be the cheapest but they certainly are the best. It’s a false economy to go with alternatives. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to sell. We have a niche property and knew it wouldn't be an easy sale. Through the sales process us and our house were treated with respect and understanding, never invasive and always caring. Once sold the attention to detail didn't stop and I know we were one of the quickest along the chain to get going with the sale. We had weekly updates of the chain and very quick responses to queries. Communication was thorough and detailed all the way through.
