GoogleBeen a tenant with Lothian Homes for over 4 years. Any repairs are carried out quickly and any issues always resolved. The team are brilliant and so approachable. Inspections are carried out twice a year and gives tenants the chance to discuss any issues while giving the landlord peace of mind that the property is being maintained. All round great agents and I would recommend to anyone :)

GoogleI was a tenant with Lothian Homes 4 Let for many years. The girls were all lovely and very approachable. Any repairs were dealt with quickly. Inspections were made every 3 months which would give the Landlords peace of mind. I'd definitely recommend them and would still be with them if it wasn't for a change in my circumstances.

GoogleI’m a tenant and I’ve been so in the last 3 years. They are simply amazing. They are really approachable and they deal with any issue really quickly. I’ll never thank them enough for all the support they have provided to me and my family. I was impressed by the fact that even on a bank holiday they replied to me after 15 minutes. Absolutely highly recommended.

GoogleI have been a tenant with Lothian Homes for almost 6 years now and my experience with them has been fantastic. They always go above and beyond expectations. All repairs are dealt with very quickly and the girls in the office are very professional and welcoming any time I've had to contact them. The property I let feels like home to me and that goes a long way. I would highly recommend this letting agency not only to tenants but to landlords also :-)

YellBest letting agency in West Lothian!!!
Lothian Homes 4 Let are amazing! They are fast & efficient with responding to repairs and they deal with everything in a very professional manner. Their level of service is far superior to any other letting agent I've dealt with in the past. They always go the extra mile for tenants with help and advice, I wouldn't rent through any other agency now I have experienced the best. I can only imagine the landlords are receiving the same treatment :-)

GoogleVery poor management of property. Lots of issues and damage to property left by previous tenant, failed to inform landlord and passed the buck on to new tenants. Failed to deal with faults etc.. And told tenants to fix themselves.. Time for deposit! Produced false documents and forged tenant signature in attempt to keep deposit. Passed on to police, stay away. Not good for landlords or tenants.

GoogleLothian Homes 4 Let give very good service to both landlords and tenants. The staff are always friendly and attentive. They look after the property and make sure any tenant issues are dealt with as quickly and as fairly as possible. This approach has retained long term tenants and minimized unwanted void periods. I would definitely recommend them.
