Bit late doing this, but life has finally calmed down enough to sit down and type this out! Home to Home Management were fantastic from day 1. We viewed several properties on one day, and Allan was the most personable agent to show us round any property. He was knowledgeable about the house and the area, showed us around and then gave us time to look around ourselves. We decided to put an offer in after the weekend, and he was first to let us know that our offer had been accepted, which was a huge relief! Throughout the process, Allan kept us informed of what was happening, and on the day, he was there to welcome us into our new home. I would highly recommend Home to Home Management if you are looking to sell your property, and if you are buying, Home to Home will be amazing for you to deal with.

I can't recommend highly enough! Chloe has been great to deal with, and gives complete confidence that our property is in safe hands. The service has been highly professional. We now live overseas and it takes away all the stress knowing that there is a great local company looking after the property. The communication has been excellent, with regular updates. It was a quick and pleasant service until the tenancy agreement was signed. After that things have gone downhill with responses and all just feels like a battle. I appreciate that most things are up to landlords not agencies, but you will not convince me that landlords are not interested in working with tenants that take great care of the property and are interested in keeping apartment in good condition long term. When we moved in there was plenty of things that was “masked” during viewings such as smelly furniture, mouldy corners and seals and absolutely filthy kitchen. Maybe good enough for students as they just need a place to crash, but not for working professionals who work hard to live comfortably. Will keep update this review for better or worse changes throughout the tenancy.

Don't go anywhere near this company. They manage the flat above mine. They have had a major leak in their bathroom for 6 months. I have re plastered my bathroom ceiling once , and now I will have to re plaster again.(see attached photo of damage) Alan is a very rude and inefficient man.

very rude and entitled company owner, had a viewing booked for 3:30.. there are temporary traffic lights outside the street as the letting agency would be aware of and didnt warn us.. this led to us being 4 minutes late.. we arrived at the property @15:34 and nobody to be seen, so we waited a few minutes and and called at @15:39 to say we were waiting. Now i completely understand we were 5 minutes late but as soon as she answered the phone the horrible vile woman just said well we have other business we only wait for 10 minutes and she left 2 minutes ago.. but again if she left 2 minutes before i called she left at 15:36 so they waited a weasly 6 minutes knowing there is temporary traffic lights outside the street and didnt even give us a call to say you know are you still coming just left. It's so hard for people to find properties and everything is hard enough for people without companies and small minded people like this who have no empathy compassion understanding or a professional bone in their body. IGNORE ALL THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS. COMPANY IS A JOKE! They continue to ask friends to post fake reviews. Please review companies house before taking this company on as they are either a failing business or avoiding tax. The report a fault button on their website is also a hoax that doesn't even work hence why there are so many negative reviews about maintenance work.
