They were absolutely fantastic throughout. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive at every stage. Selling and buying simultaneously can be stressful, but they kept things moving smoothly and made sure we always felt informed and in control.
It’s clear they really care about getting the best outcome for their clients, and that personal touch made a big difference. We’re so glad we chose to work with them (more than once!) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

FacebookAs a private landlord with only one property I needed to use a letting agent to tie in with my buy to let mortgage.
After a bad experience with my original letting agent I was very apprehensive and pessimistic of the industry as a whole.
Instantly Gillian and Gwen put my mind at ease.
Ewart Park run a very professional business with a classy personal touch. Warm, friendly and welcoming, but most importantly they get the job done.
Using the previous agents I had a lot of contractual issues, late payments and complaints. I never changed tenants, but changed agents, all these problems disappeared. Reports were accurate, repairs were reasonably priced and there was no hidden costs, this is a very honest run company.
I have since sold the property, this was another thing Ewart Park made a lot less stressful, by working with both me the landlord and the tenant putting both our priorities before their own.
I would recommend Ewart Park to any landlord or tenant, these girls know the market so well and have changed my views by putting clients first.

FacebookI rented from Ewart Park for over 2 years and can’t recommend them highly enough. Gwen and the team were amazing from helping me through all the initial set up, to finalising my tenancy. Nothing was ever too much trouble, I had very few repairs to report but when I did they acted immediately and kept me fully informed. I wish my circumstances were different as I’d have very happily continued to rent from them. Ewart park team really have set the bar high, going forward I’ll be hard pushed to find such a great letting agent again. Thanks everyone, best of wishes for the future.

I had 5 different agents who gave me an estimated value of my house in November 2021. Every agent walked in, looked about , gave me a rough price, and spoke about what packages they offer. 4 out of the 5 agents said, "We recommend you do the viewings as you know the house better than us" and the value of the house was jumping up and down with the difference of 40k. It was my first time selling a house, so I was a bit unsure. I spoke to someone about how confused I am, and that's when they recommended ewartpark agents. I contacted ewartpark and arranged an appointment. Gwen was straight up and told me exactly what the house was worth and spoke about how she would do the viewings at no extra cost. Gwen explained every little detail and told me exactly what to expect. The team at ewartpark are very knowledgeable and helped me with everything. My house was sold in less than a week with an absolute great response. The agents kept in touch up until I handed the keys to the new owner. I'm very happy with the service 🙂
