Home agency are different to all the other agents I have encountered. They actually care about their clients- which is so refreshing! . I particularly liked the effective, "stand out from the crowd " marketing of our property, and the fact that Mike and Ricky attended every viewing personally paying great attention to our requests as sellers. Their communication throughout has been exceptional , at every stage of the process, which isn't always the case with some of the larger agents. I would highly recommend Home to anyone thinking of selling or buying.

I moved to Home in the New Year having been with another agent for months before. What impressed me most about the guys at Home, was how pro active they were. I think they got me as many viewings within 2 weeks of being on the market with them, as I’d had in 4 months with other agents. Their modern approach to raising interest in my property was a breath of fresh air. Short videos for Instagram and the use of social media as a starting platform was definitely something no other agent had mentioned to me. Within minutes of them posting my house on Instagram, I had a lot of messages off friends saying ‘how great the house looked, and what a great idea that was’ Within a week I had accepted an offer! The staff are young, driven and ambitious, and you get the impression that they genuinely care about selling your house for you! ( they also found me my ideal home within a day or two of accepting an offer on mine!) I couldn’t recommend the team at Home enough

I cannot praise Home highly enough. From initial enquiry, to photos on our property they have been faultless. We took our house off the market due to our onward purchase not happening and they where sympathetic and totally understood. Within 24 hours of being on the market we had 2 qualified viewings booked. Having not moved house for nearly 30 years it was a bit daunting for us. However Home Estate Agents were so kind and helpful, made us feel they cared and advised every step of the way. Fantastic personal service, you are not passed from pillar to post to other departments but dealt with in a caring professional manner with phone calls always returned and email’s answered. I can honestly say they made our move as smooth as possible and would highly recommend them to anybody. If you want a run of the mill agent you know where to go, but if you want one that cares on every level then go to Home Estate Agents.
