GoogleMy house was on the market within two hours of Nicolas valuation 12 viewings in the first 24 hours and sold within 48 hours being kept up to date with offers regularly and exceeding asking price. If you can find a better agent in the Ilkeston area i would be very surprised.

GoogleNot a good experience, after 2 or 3 confirmations of a valuation date & time no body actually turned up, next day I received an email from them saying how nice it was to meet me and giving me a valuation for another property 8 miles away in another town. We decided to instruct another agent.
