I would strongly advise against asking Haart to value your home unless you are certain you want to work with them, because in my experience, the follow-up was extremely pushy. We listed our property with another agent on a Tuesday; by Thursday, Haart called asking how our sale was going. I explained it had only been on the market for two days and we already had two viewings arranged. Despite this, the caller was very persistent about visiting our home to discuss how Haart could “help” us sell. I politely declined and confirmed that we fully trust the agent we appointed. A couple of weeks later, I received yet another similar phone call, and again had to repeat the same points. This evening, I arrived home to a handwritten note from “Nicola” claiming Haart had a potential buyer for us and asking me to call. I tried, but no one answered. I have since emailed them requesting that they stop all communication. After reading the fine print, I also learned that Haart charges a fee for this “service”, one I never asked for in the first place. In my experience, this behaviour comes across as overly aggressive and profit-driven rather than genuinely helpful. Definitely not the kind of approach that makes me want to work with them.

If you use Haarts recommended solicitors please look at the reviews for them on Trust Pilot.I would have given Haarts 5 stars but I didn’t have a good experience with their recommended solicitors,surely Haarts have seen these reviews and therefore wouldn’t recommend.However, Hollie Ashley at Haarts was brilliant! She reassured me and kept me calm throughout the selling process and is a great asset to Haarts, brilliant customer service, thank you Hollie.

We turned to Haart after we had our property listed with another estate agent for several months with only one viewing. Nicola from Haart marketed our property with great expertise and a real knowledge of the property market. She took a really professional set of photographs which were far superior to the previous estate agent’s. Once placed on the internet the house sold within four days. Nicola was always helpful including after we Sold Subject to Contract and was an important link between us and our buyers when solicitors were slow to respond. She also showed prospective buyers around our house when we weren’t able to be in due to work commitments. We throughly recommend Haart and Nicola. I don’t think any other estate agent could match for their professional and highly competent approach.

Absolutely appalling experience with their Ilkeston branch. Not only were they only interested in keeping communication going until the point of having an offer accepted, when it fell through all of a sudden their number worked again. They lied to us about having other people "bidding" against us. They lied to us about the property having a previous sale that fell through. They also listed the property for a price that the vendor didn't even ask for. In the end we exchanged details with said vendor and cut haart completely out as they're utterly useless. They were more concerned with plastering their website with this house they sold, rather than actually sorting it out. We spent most of our time just waiting on them to send the memorandum of sale. Everyone was waiting on them the entire process. I do not recommend them at all to anyone and will be avoiding looking to buy any property advertised by them in the future

Awful experience with Haart. communication and organisation from them was near non existent, especially towards the end and when things were in question. Can very rarely get through to them on the phone. Have taken no responsibility in what's gone wrong, when we got advised incorrectly by them, amassing in fees to us. admitted themselves that they have no service level agreement and it massively shows advised house to go off the market 2 months ago and it's still on. Would not recommend or consider using in the future.

Contacted Haart after they had previously attended to value on behalf of a developer when I was looking at a part ex. Communication was good and they attended again within 2 days to discuss not just give a valuation over the phone. Issy attended on both occasions, was extremely polite, professional and came with some good evidence to back up her valuation as oppose to plucking a number out of the air.
