GoogleI took SB Property on to manage the letting of my flat after a lacklustre service from another company. Absolutely flawless prompt service from Stuart, great advice and any issues dealt with quickly and professionally by either himself or his excellent office team. Change in circumstance has meant that Stuart handled the sale of my property and again, faultless prompt service with excellent communication throughout. SB properties knowledge of the Dumbartonshire area means he has a ready list of clients whether you’re looking to rent or sell, both services he has provided to me with quick results. If you want a straight forward no nonsense service and honest advice SB Property Sales & Letting are the team to speak to. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSB Property were extremely easy to deal with and they made the sale of the property a very simple and straighforward process. If I had any questions or issues, these were always answered in a matter of minutes, even if I'd sent an email outside of working hours. The property had an offer within a few days of going on the market so everything was sorted within record time and the process was so much easier than I thought it would be. Thank you to the team. Would highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSB Properties have been letting out my flat for over 10yrs. They are all just a lovely team. They deal with everything for me - from advertising the let, screening tenants, getting references, dealing with the latest legal bits, signing tenancy contracts, etc. They also inspect the property regularly to make sure it’s being maintained and advise me on what essential works needs done. They take all the telephone calls relating to flat problems and tenant issues. Stuart also organises good quality workmen and deals with that side of things for me. It works really well and I cannot recommend SB highly enough - I would not let out a flat any other way!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Cheers for those kind words Sheila, its very much appreciated, I'll pass this on to the girls too. Thanks again.. Stuart...

GoogleIn response to your reply that took place 13 months after I left my original review. My review of 1 star is completely fair. I was led to believe that the property was ready to be let to me and after paying my deposit and first months rent, signing all forms and providing everything you requested, filing my notice with my previous landlord and in the beginning stages of packing belongings from my previous tenancy I was told that there was a change and the property was not available to me any longer. Luckily in this instance I was not left homeless with a young child thanks to a supportive family however if this was not the case we could have very well been on the street. These details were intentionally left out of my original review however your response denying there was any wrongdoings is misleading to any future customers.
Thank you for your 1 star review, we were unable to accommodate your personal circumstances whilst looking for rented property. We were under the instruction of the owner of the property you enquired about and unfortunately had to decline your application..we feel your review was completely unjust. Stuart
