I would highly recommend Stuart and his team at SB Properties. They managed our house rental for a couple of years before going on to sell the property for us. They are professional, helpful and always quick to respond. Whenever the property needed maintenance or something needed fixing, Stuart and his team had it sorted in no time. We really appreciate all the hard work and support they have given us throughout both the rental and sale process. I recently sold my late sister-in-law's home through SB Property. Whereas most real estate agents and notaries in Scotland take forever to get the paperwork and documents in order, Stuart and his team worked efficiently. From arranging a gardener to a contractor, plumber, and glazier, Stuart arranged everything quickly and professionally through his network and at very competitive prices. The communication via WhatsApp was also very pleasant. It was good to receive continuous updates. I could recommend no one but Stuart for the sale or purchase of your home in the Dumbarton area. Stuart and the team looked after everything for us when we had tenants in the property, we didn’t need to worry about remembering things like annual gas checks etc as they were all over it. When it came to selling the property we asked SB Property to take the lead on this. They managed everything for us, putting in all new flooring and redecorating, fixing some external damage after a storm, getting the house cleaned up, home report completed and on the market. The house was sold within 2 weeks and we were very happy with the results and the entire experience with SB Property, a flawless service all round.

The sale brochure, photos, communication, viewings, administration and marketing were first class. The volume of viewers was way above expectations and this is down to how the house was marketed, extensive client base and excellent rapport the team have with clients. I have used SB property for both their property management services and then as an estate agent. As a property manager they were exceptional. I never had to worry about the quality of tenet they provided or I'd the rent would be paid. They managed all changeover efficiently and with little effort from me. As legislation changed they were on hand to offer the knowledge and expertise that meant I didn't have to worry about. As an estate agent I felt my business was valued and my property sold the first week it went on sale at my asking price. I've used other estate agents in the past. I was never happy with the photos taken and felt that they were only interested in the up front fee. I actually discovered SB Property because I viewed a property they were representing and bought it. I was impressed with the way Stuart conducted himself representing his client and knew that's what I wanted when selling my property. It proved to be the right choice. Professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do with a personal service. Can't recommend enough.
