I recently put my property on the market with SB Properties in Dumbarton and honestly I only have positive things to say about this local business. They went above and beyond to ensure my property was marketed and priced appropriately to sell, which it did within a week. Stuart and his team were professional, friendly, helpful and I cannot rate them highly enough. So my advice is if you are thinking about selling then contact SB Properties.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from S&B Property. They did an outstanding job selling my house. It went on the market and was sold within a week! When the first buyer unexpectedly pulled out, Stuart and the team had it sold again within just a few days, at a price I was happy with, above market value. Stuart’s patience and effort to get everything over the line was second to none. Communication was great throughout the whole process. I can’t thank Stuart and S&B Property enough. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly gets the job done, I highly recommend them.

Stuart and the team looked after everything for us when we had tenants in the property, we didn’t need to worry about remembering things like annual gas checks etc as they were all over it. When it came to selling the property we asked SB Property to take the lead on this. They managed everything for us, putting in all new flooring and redecorating, fixing some external damage after a storm, getting the house cleaned up, home report completed and on the market. The house was sold within 2 weeks and we were very happy with the results and the entire experience with SB Property, a flawless service all round.

Absolutely fantastic! From the first visit until sale Stuart and his team were proactive, professional, dedicated and accommodating. The sale brochure, photos, communication, viewings, administration and marketing were first class. The volume of viewers was way above expectations and this is down to how the house was marketed, extensive client base and excellent rapport the team have with clients. I cannot recommend SB highly enough. I have used SB previously and yet again they have delivered above and beyond. I will not go to any other estate agent. SB are the professionals in house sales and letting. Thank you so much Stuart & Team.

I have used SB property for both their property management services and then as an estate agent. As a property manager they were exceptional. I never had to worry about the quality of tenet they provided or I'd the rent would be paid. They managed all changeover efficiently and with little effort from me. As legislation changed they were on hand to offer the knowledge and expertise that meant I didn't have to worry about. As an estate agent I felt my business was valued and my property sold the first week it went on sale at my asking price. I've used other estate agents in the past. I was never happy with the photos taken and felt that they were only interested in the up front fee. I actually discovered SB Property because I viewed a property they were representing and bought it. I was impressed with the way Stuart conducted himself representing his client and knew that's what I wanted when selling my property. It proved to be the right choice. Professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do with a personal service. Can't recommend enough.

Stuart and his team were quick and effective in valuing, marketing and selling my property. Stuart was easily reachable throughout the process and was on hand to offer good advice to a first time seller. Wouldn’t sell a property through anyone else in the Dumbarton area.

The team at SB Property have recently advertised, and successfully secured a sale for me. This is the third property that SB have helped me to sell and I have been extremely impressed with the service offered as always. Stuart and the team offer straightforward and honest advice to buyers and sellers alike and are always on hand to talk through any queries. As a local firm, they have excellent knowledge of the market and current trends. I know that Stuart personally showed the property to buyers at short notice to accomodate their schedule, which ultimately paid off, resulting in a happy buyer and a sale concluded to the satisfaction of all involved. I will certainly be returning to SB should I be looking dipping my toe into the market again and have no hesitation in recommending SB Property to anybody looking to sell their home.

Sold our property for a great price, and the time from marketing to completion was quicker than we had anticipated. Highly recommended to anyone looking to sell, buy or rent.

I rented my last flat from SB Property and can only reiterate the positive comments from previous reviewers. From start to finish, Stuart and his team were very professional and super-efficient. They were also very pleasant to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. I never once phoned them without getting to speak to someone or emailed them without hearing back within an hour or two. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in this area and hope to rent from them again in the future. Top marks.

Had Stuart and the team at SB Property during a let and a sale. Always professional with high standards. Was fair and honest with tenants making sure the property was well looked after and ensured landlords were informed of maintenance work. This was in total contrast to other big "bureaus" in the area that I'd used previously and who constantly let me down, blaming each other when things went wrong, waiting days for a callback while the property was empty and even asking once if I could do a viewing myself because they had a party one Saturday to go to. Since switching to SB Property I've been treated with respect and they wasted no time in finding a tenant/buyer and ensured the property was only unoccupied for the minimum time necessary. I appreciated that the lovely office team, including Eleanor, were always only ever a phone call away and could answer any questions I had. Having someone I could trust to look after my home was a big worry while I was away with work but SB Property took care of everything. Throughly recommended above other agents in Dunbartonshire.

Recently sold my house through SB property. At the time I was suffering with significant heart health issues so it was important that the sale process was as stress free as possible. Stuart and the team were supportive and mindful of my situation. They arranged for quotes for legal services, were thoughtful of my limitations for viewings, always acted promptly. I had regular contact with the agent appointed to my sale who liaised closely with me. The whole SB team provided a great service, always happy to assist in any way they could which kept my stress levels down 😁. Was a real team effort and I would like to thank everyone involved.

Stuart and his team recently sold my mothers house. This is the third time I have sold property with SB Property and received excellent service each time. Stuart is great at taking the stress out of selling, and makes it a very smooth process. The photographs, floor plan and schedule were excellent and turned around very quickly. Eleanor was fantastic to deal with, she was excellent at keeping in-touch and keeping us informed of viewings and interest noted/feedback from viewers, whilst explaining process and next steps to us. I would highly recommend SB Property, they deliver high quality service time and time again.

Stuart was very realistic when valuing our house, his knowledge of sales prices in todays market was excellent, meaning we got what he valued the house at to the penny in the open market He was friendly and helped us a great deal in other ways that were above his remit as our estate agent The girls in the office were always ready to listen to any problems and solve them or tell you how to solve them All in all a great part of the stress in buying and selling a house was removed as Stuart and his staff took part of the burden I would recommend SB properties to anyone, and allow them to take part of the stress away As a foot note they are also amongst the cheapest commision of all the estate agents in the areaPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
