GoogleAvoid like the plague! I rented a property and I their " handy man" Ronnie was meant to come to do some work, I had to.cancel as I was recovering from a miscarriage - which I informed them at the office, the very next day their handy man opens my front door with a key whilst I am laysd up in bed! My husband had to deal with him. Absolutely disgusting service and treatment. Also, when I was leaving, I have been sent transcripts of emails from the said handy man and clydebank letting agents about repairs and they were skimming money off the top. I showed the owner of the property this. STEER CLEAR!

We’ve searched our systems dating back over eight years, including under both your maiden and married names, as well as your husband’s name, but we have been unable to find any record of a tenancy or maintenance request connected to you.
This is not to question your experience, if this did happen to you, we are truly sorry. However, with no identifiable information or record to investigate further, we are unfortunately unable to address the situation in any more detail or provide resolution beyond what we’ve already attempted.
Please know that we take all allegations of misconduct extremely seriously. We hold ourselves and our contractors to high standards, and had we found any connection, we would have taken swift and appropriate action.
We consider this matter closed and in the meantime, we remain committed to treating all clients with respect, care, and professionalism.

GoogleRent was always on time. Any repair requests were ignored. Dampness... painter came and painted over it. Damage to ceiling when they removed a smoke alarm... left even after requests to repair it.
Roof was in extensive need of repair... hence the dampness. "Oh, we're not fixing that. I wouldn't even ask the property owner to do that kind of work"
Of course all the outstanding jobs needing done when I moved on were still there 3 years later... and they billed me for them.
Avoid like the plague.

GoogleAfter living in a house for 6 years and causing no damage whatsoever I actually made improvements, they said I wasn't getting my deposit back, first reason was they used it for rent arrears I didn't have. Then said I didn't pay it so how can they use a deposit I didnt pay for rent arrears I didn't have with money I never paid this was in march 2013 and the woman I paid it to doesn't work there now so I have lost £500. Wouldn't recommend. To anyone.

At no point in my tenancy did I feel that they weren't helpful and there was nothing to quibble over when it came to my deposit which was dealt with swiftly.
