Mohammed Rajpute We’ve used there services for nearly 4 years, though it has been up and down, as we are new to renting. Mohammed has always tried to accommodate where possible. I do believe that we have a better communication now but may it continue for the foreseeable future.

Sending unrelated emails when I haven't contacted them

As far as I am aware, I have never used this agent and started receiving property alerts from them (as I am mid search to buy a house). Can only assume an affiliated company passed my data to them and they started sending me property emails that have zero relevance so what I am actually searching for (i.e I'm looking for a detached house and I am sent apartments in an area I am not considering).

Mo from the management team provides an exceptional service, he is responsive, keeps me updated on the progress and helps to resolve any issues as soon as possible. I feel confident working with Mo, I trust he is dealing with the matter and I would recommend him for management services. Previous review: I am really pleased to have decided to work with Romans. I needed a place fairly quickly and David Muazhendi was very helpful with arranging viewings at short notice and being very flexible to accommodate my needs. He was also extremely friendly and professional, and kept me up-to-date with steps throughout the process. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a property in the area. Since renting a property, my property manager Mohammed Rajpute has been very responsive and helpful with all of my queries/issues - ensuring that issues are dealt with as efficiently as possible through frequent communication with the landlord/relevant people.

We had just moved in this days as we are a  big family, and was strugling for 4 months to find a good place which has to be a new home for us which suits our requirment. And that was finally got it through Khurum and Melanie and their team. Had requested to Khurum when went for viewing is it be possible to move in with a 7 day with necessary requested work to be done, and Khurum made it happened, and always communicated through phone calls and email of progress till we moved in, even gave proper advice and sugestions for procedure if garbage dispossal as we were new to this Borough system was diffrent from where we moved out. And Melanie too clearly comunicated through emails all the paperwork. Really hats off to this Romans team. What a teamwork, Really Appreciate and Thanks.

My heartfelt thanks to Donna-Marie Brant, Charlotte Travers, and Salome Correia and who have been incredibly proactive throughout the process. Donna-Marie Brant, the property manager displayed great professionalism and attention to deal with all my concerns to move in the new address. In addition, I am grateful for her quick response to all of my queries with prompt solutions. Charlotte Travers addressed all my queries with a great level of patience while viewing the apartment, as well as with post-viewing correspondences which was really nice. Salome Correia was very helpful during the documentation processing stage.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My tenancy ended on 8th August and by law Romans should have returned my deposit or confirmed deductions by the 18th. Instead they waited until 15 minutes before close of business on 20th August (just before a bank holiday!) to suddenly invent “cleaning charges” and delay my refund. This isn’t the first time, every time Romans owe me money they play the same dirty game: ignore, delay, then make up excuses at the last minute. They hide behind their “complaints process” to buy themselves more time, but tenants like me are left stressed, out of pocket, and struggling to cover rent and bills. I paid for professional cleaning and carpets out of my own pocket, and they still had the audacity to try charging me again. Romans don’t protect customers, they exploit them. If you’re a tenant, think twice before signing with these people.

James Day is the best estate agent I have ever met. He is so happy to help and careing that I don't have words to describe it. He had more faith in our success with renting a ideal flat, than we had and thanks to his attitude and motivation we are waiting to move in soon. If you think is no hope for you - just have a word with him. James, many thanks! Edit after 3.years: I need to take 3 stars because property management team is a joke. They don't answer emails, phone calls. Not sure if all team is like that or I just had bad luck with property manager. At the end I haven't got inventory report and deposit back (without any reason). I had to make a claim with TDS. So if you have other choice, don't rent with Romans or make sure Dan Henderson is not your property manager.
