GoogleGreat service from these guys, simple as that! From the first meeting when David came to value the house, offering good advice and showing a wealth of knowledge we felt comfortable giving them our house to sell. Nick & Emily have been fantastic conducting viewings, providing feedback for us. Nick dealt with the sale once they found a buyer and was always coming back to us letting us know what was happening. Really can't fault these guys, they've got a great work ethic and I will certainly recommend my friend and family to use this Estate Agent! Five out of Five from us!!

GoogleThe team at Kearns has been excellent in renting out and managing my property. From initial contact with David the whole process has been handled professionally. Emily and Nick have both been helpful and responsive and are a pleasure to deal with. They have gotten the balance right between keeping me informed and getting on with the job and they have handled all matters very well. The focus appears to be on building a good relationship and delivering great service. I have no hesitation in recommending Kearns.

GoogleWe had previously been massively let down with an awful service and decided to switch to Kearnes after being on the market for 9 months with another agent and absolutley nothing coming to fruition. Kearnes sold our house straight away with 6 week completion we are delighted and cant recommend them enough!PositiveQuality

GoogleNot sure why people saying buying a house is difficult. Kearns made the process extremely easy, straight forward and quick (yes! Even during a pandemic).
