FacebookWe have a flat that is rented out and being managed by Cameron Estate Agents. The team is very slow to respond to communication, the high fees that they charge for maintenance really do not justify the weak services provided. The check out inventory is expensive yet less than satisfactory. It seems they do not update the utility companies of the tenancy change despite charging for full management services and it seems do not check if the tenants have settled the accounts of utilities before returning the deposit to tenants. On repeated raising of concerns even with their senior management team, no concrete action is taken, no apology offered and nothing changes going forward. Unlikely that we will continue with their services when the current tenancy period finishes

This was after using another local agent unsuccessfully so it was refreshing to see the difference.
