GoogleI wish to give them below 0 zero. 31 years in London I never encountered such terrible ppl. I am a Muslim female living by myself. The pictures below show how i received the flat. I am always in bed due to my Fibromyalgia condition, therefore, hardly I used the other rooms. Now after 4 years of their prejudice, rude and arrogant attitude I finally left it professionally cleaned and fumigated. Yet they still keeping my deposit which i should have had 2 months ago but only heard from them a couple days ago, they deducted over £300 from my deposit for normal wear and tear. They are very unfair team who were trained to defeat you with lies to get as much money out of you and use the situations against you. Stay away.

You have accepted responsibility for the extensive damage you caused to the property and the cleaning charges. It’s a shame that you did not approach Cameron directly with your concerns but choose to resort to Social Media. I take exception to your suggestion that you have not been treated fairly. The all-female and diverse Property Management team at Cameron have always gone the extra mile to assist you in every way possible, as Cameron do with all customers of this Agency. For example, one of my property managers attended site to assist you moving items from the ground floor to your apartment as you were unable to and asked for help. A really good example of Cameron going the extra mile. You have often been very aggressive and rude to members of my team who are simply trying to help you. All telephone calls are recorded and Cameron have cctv in the office with audio and visual recoding capability. Upon review, I have not found a shred of evidence to support your suggestion. Your personal attack on my staff and unfounded accusations are not helpful or in any way true My team are trained property professionals trying to always offer first class customer service to all customers as witnessed by the hundreds of 5 star reviews received to date. Please note, a customer who left a negative review of a legal firm on the Trust Pilot website has been ordered to pay £25,000 in libel damages. I came across Cameron when I first moved to UK. They set such a high benchmark that now all other agents since them have failed to meet the standards and expectations set by Cameron. I will just give a few examples of how amazingly efficient they are. When u move in ur sent the check in reports promptly with the meter readings and condition of the property. The property itself has a manual in a leather folder which gives all the instructions u need, from parking permits to warranties/manuals for the appliances and a copy of the contract etc etc…so so convenient! If we were ever unsure of something all we needed to do was pull out the manual! They have a fantastic maintenance issue reporting system. You are able to specify if the workers can access property without u or with u! They follow instructions to a T! The maintenance team they have are professional and very pleasant! They communicate very efficiently and promptly! The lettings team was amazing from get go! I cannot rave on about this agency enough! Their properties are immaculate! Whenever u ring Cameron there’s always someone to answer the phone! They leave no room for doubt. Easily the best agent u would come across in whole of Uk and believe me I’ve dealt with and spoken to many in my hunt for apartments and I’m always left comparing them to Cameron and wishing I was living in west London so I can just stay with Cameron! Ketan and Gabi at their West Drayton office were amazing!!
