GoogleI want to use this medium to appreciate SamuelandCo. I was disappointed by a particular agency I don't want to mention its name, that was after 3-4 weeks of wasting my efforts and precious time. I explained to Mansi Famuti my challenges and to be fair, she swung into action by talking to her colleagues Aleem and Anna. She even went to the extent of comforting me, as a result of the bad experience I had with my former Landlord and the agent that wasted my time. Mansi gave me the courage to speak up for myself when no one was there to even help out. Not only that, the team (Anna, Aleem and Mansi) helped me to work very fast on my documentation and securing a new rent I showed interest in. My booking to view the rent was for 1:00pm, I got there by 11:45am and Mansi took her time again to speak with her colleagues on my behalf. I checked the apartment and it was dirty on the day I viewed it, I was even beginning to change my mind because of the state I met the rental space, but to my surprise, the apartment has been cleaned up, I think re-painted self and some little repairs done. All these was done within 2 weeks. And to sum it up, I liked the fact that they all (Anna, Aleem and Mansi Famuti) kept their words and consistency, they were compassionate about my experiences and sorted my headaches out without even knowing it. May God bless you guys. I took my time to write all these because I observed the reviews I am seeing is quite different from what I experienced with them. Perhaps, things have changed. Please!!! GoogleI have waited till now to write a review about this Estate Agent. I had the worse terrible experience with this Estate Agent in September this year 2022. I read about its review but just thought my own story may be different but rather it was more than worse. After showing a deep interest for a letting property, I was directed to the office to pay. On getting there, I was asked to pay holding fee and that they don't take funds transfer but have to pay cash. I quickly rushed down to the cash point to withdraw, paid cash for my holding fee and submitted ALL documents the following day. I didn't receive any acknowledgement for the mail I sent if all documents were received. I called severally but all to no avail. Most of the time, they don't pick calls. I went to their office 3 times to ask if they received my mail and that what is the next thing to be done. Yes, they told me they received my mail that they would get back to me. I was going there at least once a week to find out about the progress report. They delayed me for almost 3 weeks without conducting references having submitted all details to them on day one. All my attentions and plans were already geared towards the location of the letting property. Getting to their office the third week, I was surprised what I was told. The lady attending to me stood up to meet with another staff and having spoken quietly, she came back and told me that we were 2 people that billed for the property and the landlord rejected mine and accepted the other lady. Professionally, holding fee is paid after the landlord has accepted one's application. They are not professional about their job and no transparency. If I were to score this estate Agent, I give it "0" and "never recommended". Staff are not friendly and very toxic environment. Very bad experience I had with them. Please avoid them. GoogleWorst company to deal with in regards to rental properties, can never talk to anyone on the phone and they do not send out reminders for tenancy agreements! Which means you get no legal rights of more than 30 days notice of price increase or evict

GoogleDo not use these estate agents. I am a landlord and they are horrendous at protecting you and following your contractal agreement. They do not look after your property or listen to any of your requests.

GoogleWorst estate agents I have ever come across with 20 years of dealing with rental properties as a tennant. They don’t respond to emergencies in out of hours. Don’t repair leaks with bad customer service. Stay well clear of this terrible company.

We have addressed this issue multiple times. This has been reported to the local authority as well as police, seeking their assistance to mitigate the situation. GoogleGUYS STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! Not only are they racist they are also liars. They are greedy and are only after your money!! They lie about property’s being no longer available and they lie about not receiving emails. They just money hungry by far the worst estate agents I have ever come across. Anna and weronika are the lady’s that are Lie through there teeth and money hungry. They don’t care about you they just care about getting the money from you. Very unprofessional. GoogleI had a view with them on the 21/12/2021 then the day day before they called me and cancelled pushing the viewing to the 24th of December. I called to make sure the viewing was still going to hold but they had closed, they did not even call to tell me they will not be allowing me to view they house. quite racist and discriminatory of someone’s situation.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
