GoogleMy property was let out without my knowledge. I chased Harinder and Simon for the outstanding rent for over 2 months (I have written emails to show). Two and half months later, I was told that my previous tenant left the property, a new tenant was found, rent agreed, tenancy agreement signed, new electric certificate ordered and new tenant moved in, all without my knowledge. Again, I have emails to show that this was all done without my knowledge. In addition, flooring in one of the rooms was taken out and not replaced. I was advised by Simon that the flooring will be replaced but when the keys were collected, no flooring was replaced. To date (so far its been almost three months), I still await for a check out report and refund of deposit. Please note that I have emails from Simon Bagri to substantiate all the points. Update as at 01/05/2022 I have won the case against John Miller. Property Redress Scheme has awarded me a compensation. It was never about the money but to challenge the illegal and disgraceful behaviour of Simon and Harinder.

GoogleA big thank you to the team! Especially to Harinder and Aman who have been very helpful throughout the sale. I recently purchased a property through John Miller Estates, I was extremely impressed with the 5* service I received. They were quick and easy to respond to, very cooperative, and answered any questions I had. The whole purchase from start to finish only took 8 weeks. I have now decided to get John Miller to manage the property and any others i wish to buy from John Miller in the future. I highly recommend them. I will be definitely using them again.

I have searched for your name and I CAN CONFIRM THAT WE DO NOT have you listed under a Landlord or tenant. Please contact info@johnmiller.co.uk, to explain what happened and your concerns before writing reviews against staff, which have no basis. As you haven't been a part of John Miller services, we would like to know who you dealt with and the property. As you have to remember if you are a tenant John Miller does not own the property, so all repairs etc must be authorised by the homeowner, and third party contracts timings are out of our control. GoogleBy far the worst experience I have had with estate agents, after intervening on a property I was interested in they made it very clear to me that they are doing a lot of market manipulation, half of the propertiess on the website are not even on sale properly as they already have buyers for the properly. If you wish to view a house from their website then you are wasting your time completely as they already have buyers before they even put properties on the market hence market manipulation. If you are looking for an affordable house then John Miller estate agency is not the place! Money minded organization with no human values or morals.NegativeProfessionalism

As our team are proactive to the best of their ability, we have just had a bank holiday weekend, as at times there can be delays due to this. If its a repair issue then unfortunately we have to rely on third party contractors time scales. But that does not mean we are not working on someone's file or issue behind the scenes. Paying rent on time is a legal obligation when signing a contract between a landlord and tenants responsibility. Then a tenant can get into rent arrears and in debit and lose their home. BUT Please can you confirm who you are? and the property address? as we are dont seem to have you anywhere on our system as a tenant or connected with us.
