I would definitely advise everyone to visit Parth at haart. He’s very proffesional and friendly and knows the property market really well. He is easy to talk to and will figure out your wants and needs including ones you didnt even know you had. Me and the missus are very particular about what we want and some of the things we want we cant verbalise. He has been very patient and has understood us very well. A Message of commendation I called the local branch of Haart hoping for a recommendation of a local law firm to help my case for the eviction of a problem tenant. I happened to speak with Parth Goradia. To my pleasant surprise he was very forthcoming to guide, and in no time he sent me a list of a few local firms of solicitors, via email. Accordingly, I contacted all of the firms, one by one, and informed each that their name was recommended to me by Parth Goradia at Haart, Wembley Park. Like a good professional, Parth then followed this up and called me the next working day to check if all was well. Given that there was no money to be made for him through this transaction, I was impressed by his instinctive ability to build goodwill relations with the local residents like my family. I, therefore, commend Haart management to have executives like Parth in the team who have natural abilities in public relations and a very positive demeanor. This is the best way to build long-term business relations. Consequently, Haart will be my first choice for any real estate business in the future, for sure. For Parth Goradia, a 5 star review does not seem enough to portray how helpful he was and how grateful I am to have such luck of getting in contact with such a customer service focussed individual.

Assem from this branch has made the property search for me personally much less stressfull and having dealt with many estate agents in this area I can in all honesty say that he is the best person I have dealt with. Occasionally, he would arrange multiple viewings in one day.This made me feel that my search was well and truly on, other estate agents would just show you house in your price range then you wouldn’t hear from them for weeks. Assem would keep in touch, even if he had no viewings immediately. Often reassuring me that something close to my expectations is coming up in my desired area soon. What can I say about this estate agent? SIMPLY THE BEST! Having dealt with numerous estate agents in my life, these guys really gave it a personal touch and made sure we have a headache free transaction from the start to end. Qais Dawlazie provided us personal service and we were able to approach him when we had any concerns or doubts. Our solicitor couldn’t even resolve or put our head at peace while Qais truly did. I don’t think I will be able to deal with any other agents locally from now and even if I did, haart Wembley have definitely set an expectation with what I expect from an estate agent.

Than I found about Haart estate agents Wembly. I cannot believe how amazing they work! I have been dealing with haart Wembley for past few years buying properties. I must say the service provided is unreal. They really go above and beyond to help you find the perfect home whether it’s for family or an investment. Just thought I'd share my experience with Parth at the Wembley Branch. One of the best agents I dealt with even though my finances were not the greatest and wasn't able to go through the purchase. He took his time to take my details and find out what sort of property would be best for me and what my likes and dislikes are in order to find me the right properties. After that he called me after a week and told me he had found the property that would be perfect and when we went to see it, I couldn't believe it, he had actually found a property that ticked all my boxes. Hopefully this time round once I sort out my finances he will be able to do the same again.
