GoogleI was rather pleasantly surprised at the service I received from Haart. To say the very least, Muhammed was extensively kind to us and very sharp in his explanation on rental properties. Although we decided not to take the flat that he showed us, he left a sweet taste in our mouths about the company that he works for and we will most certainly be in contact again

He really understands the business and knows exactly how to deal with tenant, service managers, and the landlords. She is an extremely hard working and organised individual who kept us abreast of every relevant property listing that was customised to our specific requirements. She was brutally efficient in marketing such opportunities and followed up brilliantly, whilst taking onboard feedback to further streamline subsequent viewings. In an environment of intense competition and amidst a tough Covid backdrop, I am absolutely in awe of the level of diligence, effort and persistence demonstrated by Demi. GoogleThe people who work in this agency are really unprofessional. I needed a reference letter for my new house contract and I needed in 3 working days. I tried to call the management office more than 11 times (I'm not exagerating) and they didn't even pick up. Finally after 1 day I was able to reach the office and Poonam Saini answered to my call. I explained to him that I was in a rush and that I needed that reference letter. He forwarded to me his email, but after 1 day and an half I still was without my letter. I sent to him another email to which he replied at 10pm of the 3rd day, telling me he didn't received any previous messages. I'm still without my letter. I'm deeply disappointed, people who don't have any respect for other persons lifes.

FacebookI am very disappointed by letting team. as a customer, Just make sure to double-check everything yourself in the flat before moving in and doing the final payment. The agent will friendly and supportive but once payment is done, He won't care a bit and direct you to the maintenance team for the endless calls (although the maintenance team is OK). After movement only we found devices are not working, curtains have been broken, furniture broken, and list goes on.
