A successful sale was achieved so smoothly and quickly that it left me slightly shell shocked.

After being chased by agents for several years, I decided to sell and downsize just before Christmas 2015. I made an Agency Agreement with Philip Dodd (then of Edwards and Elliott, now of Chewton Rose) and decided that marketing should begin after Christmas and New Year were out of the way. Bids were then sought, received, compared and negotiated by Philip to reach agreement with a buyer before the end of January 2016.Philip was also extremely helpful with a maintenance problem which cropped up during that period.

I cannot fault Justin, he kept me up to date with all that was going on with the sale of the property and when the original sale was aborted, he and his team pulled out all the stops to re-market the property with a very effective open day which resulted in a very quick sale.
