I first walked in to the estate agent last Christmas as it looked a welcoming place. I was visiting family and wanted a map of Wells. I offered to pay, but they kindly gave the map to me. First impressions count. I was pleased when I realised this firm was dealing with my purchase. As I was traveling from Northamptonshire for Wells for short visits time was limited. They were very accommodating in arranging viewings and helpful with regular updates on progress.
