GoogleExcellent service from Holland and Odam during the sale of my property. Mike did a fab job of securing a buyer, with detailed knowlege of the area. Adam went above and beyond to keep difficult buyers on board. Both Adam and Julia helped me to frantically find removals after mine fell through at the last minute (and kept me calm in the process). All the staff very friendly and helpful, kept me up to date regularly. I would highly recommend.

Very proactive and involved in the sale ,a vital link between my buyer and solicitors. Buying and selling property is always stressful but they made it a much easier and pleasant experience ,always on the other end of the phone with updates and reassurance . I highly recommend them to you if you plan on buying or selling .

GoogleI first walked in to the estate agent last Christmas as it looked a welcoming place. I was visiting family and wanted a map of Wells. I offered to pay, but they kindly gave the map to me. First impressions count. I was pleased when I realised this firm was dealing with my purchase. As I was traveling from Northamptonshire for Wells for short visits time was limited. They were very accommodating in arranging viewings and helpful with regular updates on progress.
