Poor quality workmanship. Appear Bovis have no incentive to provide an acceptable level of house build once they have your money. Almost a year after purchase and still so many unresolved problems. The nightmare never ends! Based on my own experience I would strongly advise against buying a new build with this company.

Shocking building company. 3 years after moving in my home still isnt finished. They play games to avoid carrying out various repairs. This company takes peoples money and runs a mile. My house needs around 5K spending on it to make it the home it should of been.Stay well clear of bovis homes

Terrible quality finishes. Poor customer service. Underhand tactics to try to get you to give up on chasing up work that needs doing. Inability to offer compensation when you clearly are due it. Some of the slimiest humans at the end of the phone and email to contest with. Avoid this builder.

Absolutely a dreadful company. If you are looking to buy a new build walk away. The quality and good workmanship are totally non existant. I can honestly say in all my life I have never seen anything quite like it. If I could have scored 0 I would have. Run a mile!!

Do not buy from Bovis.It's just a scam and rip off builder.Bunch of liars and cowboys. As soon they secured your money, they turn their back on you.No customer service, no one cares and unexperienced staff.Do not throw your money in a toilet.

Like the house but roads, paths and landscaping unfinished. Bovis are now off the site and do not answer emails, letters or deal with phone calls. When will our estate be finished. Terrible customer service. Seems all they were interested in was selling the houses. Somerford. Congleton. Cheshire

I would give ZERO stars if there was an option.Dream home ruined by bovis homes.Do not use their solicitor.They do not fix “snags”Lots of leaks.If I had a problem with an item in a shop, I could return it.Shame I can’t return this house for a refund!

Not at all what I would call good build . Lots of issues , dpc breached , faulty plumbing , water leaks , cracks in all the plasterboard joints ,suspect electrical ,bad brickwork , toilets that don’t flush , leaks in the roof . Non existent customer service

If I could give no stars I would! Shockingly bad finish to both the house and the estate as a whole. Very poor customer care all the way up to Area Manager level. Do not buy a Bovis/ Vistry Home.

Horrendous build quality. Lots of problems that have never been resolved. Customer care was very poor and caused lots of stress for us. Many people on our site have been moved out of there homes due to problems. Would never recommend buying a Bovis home to anyone.

Communication from Bovis, now named Vistry Homes is appalling.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COMPANIES - they will happily take your money and it will take you months and months and months to get snags sorted as they just don’t care after this.AVOID!!

I would not trust this company to build a house out of lego.Really poor communication, no reply when leaving voice mail or emailsFailed to correct massive snag list, And now giving themselves a pay rise. Hope you choke on my hard earned money.

Poor finishing, did not fix issues identified.Current discovery our downstairs loo and sink stuck to wall with silicone, no screws/fixings.Snagging list not completed.Poor quality, lack of pride in work by workmen.

Works done to a poor quality. A lot of things done in breach of contract. When trying to get issues resolved we have had to go to managing directors to get any form of response and they are not always useful.Overall not a good experience.

Can’t rate Dee at Bovis (Silk Mill -East Hanney, Oxfordshire) enough. She was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, without being at all pushy. The very best customer service and felt more like a partner than sales. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

Had no street lights outside my house for over 2 months and after ringing customer service still waiting for light to be repaired. Barracks Road, Fremington. Rang today so hopefully it will be sorted.
