GoogleDidn't get anything like the deals I got from another branch so everything much more expensive, even though they were 10 miles apart. Branch full of excuses for mistakes instead of rectifying them If I hadn't been advised to use them, I would have done a u-turn They have alot of work to do to get up to the standards from elsewhere

When I was looking for an estate agent to manage my first rental property, Adrian responded to me promptly, meeting me at the property to give a rental valuation, and explained clearly what was involved in letting out my property. He found suitable tenants, and communicated well throughout the whole process. GoogleI engaged with WH Brown to list my property for letting. Tracy came to see the property the same day and provided valuable advice. As soon as I formally gave Tracy the go ahead she almost immediately arranged the first viewing which was a success. I very thankful for all the help and support that Tracy has provided even replying late at night in the evening

GoogleThanks very much to Tracy McGee and the team for an excellent full management service on a rented property. Since William H Brown started managing the property, Tracy's dealt effectively and professionally with all aspects of the tenancy and at the same time, provided the peace of mind a landlord requires via regular updates. I'd highly recommend the professional and friendly service to any landlord.

Googledreadful service Violeta kept our cheque for payment of services for 2 months --we started to have threatening letters so we paid it through the bank --then she decided to pay it in despite being told not to. Awful awful service

GoogleFound a buyer for our property quickly but we were misled about fees for their recommended solicitor despite clarifying verbally several times. As a result we ended up with a bill much higher than we would ever have agreed to. When this was raised there was no apology for thier mistake or action taken to remedy the situation. I don't like dealing with any company who breaks promises and then shirks responsibility. Of course, they can say that is the solicitors fault but having only agreed to reduce their fees if i went wiht their recomended solicitor it left me out of pocket by over Β£400 (a 50% increase on what I was told was a guaranteed price). I am raising a formal complaint.
