I recently had many unhappy experiences with the letting team in Wellingborough branch. Several things sharing here for anyone who wants to choose them, please reconsider! 1) They reduced the listing price without my consent; 2) They assumed I would use their full management service and charged me incorrect fees without any clarification. 3) When I tried to get support, all I received is their blame me not responding to them (which I did but to a different team member. You can tell they don’t communicate internally). After this contract, I will never choose them.

It's not often I leave reviews so it is more special when I do, and from my point of view only goes to someone who goes beyond the call of duty and that someone is Tracy who of late I have had the pleasure to of consulted with and to of had come over to show tenants round to make the process of us moving as smooth as it can go, I hope 1. others read this and feel reassued that they are in safe hands with Tracy and 2. I would highly recommend using this agency . A big shout out for Tracy. Tracy was very very helpful and understanding . I was looking for a house in Wellingborough and William H Brown was the only agent that helped in this transition. I have also 3 month old baby and no other letting agency accommodated the fact that I have small baby in the house and wanted to move as soon as possible. I called other letting agencies and they would take my details and not call me back about the properties for rental to me at all. I would travel from London to view properties with prior appointments with other agencies but then get a phone call that the property has been taken. In the end , I was very frustrated but Tracy was the only one that came through for me and my family. She is very professional and understanding. She also made sure that I got to view properties promptly understanding the fact I was travelling from London especially to view properties. I have managed to get property in the area that other estate agent refused me due to fact that i had a 3 month old baby. This was only possible with Tracy’s intervention. Once again , I cannot sing my praises high enough for her . Thank you Tracy

Booked a valuation in November. Guy turned up was 25 minutes late (not a great impression as shows would turn up late to customers!) also pushy, after also giving the worst % rate to sell the house out of the 3 people who valued the house that day, wanted 1.3%, got 0.9% to your rivals who were much nicer and explained everything rather than just going in with the hard sell 1980’s sale techniques!! saying it was a good offer. Not a chance it was!! Then I’ve had so many phone calls since, I’ve asked them several times to stop calling me and remove me from there systems. Yet I still get calls. Go elsewhere much nicer people and better % rates to sell your house!

We have had a great service from William H Brown and particularly from Carianne at Wellingborough. We had our house on the market with another agent and had little interest or activity. W H Brown were far more effective and professional, we found that we got more viewings and with people who were definitely interested in our home. Once we had sold, despite having difficulties with solicitors, Carianne kept us well updated and was frequently problem solving and identifying issues before our solicitors. Paul is always promptly responding to any email queries and normally free if randomly calling the Branch to speak to him. If not, sending an email off the back of that attempt gets you a pretty quick and pleasant response. Paul also have a decent support team around him with respect to documentation and updates when in the middle of completing or completing.
