GoogleIt's really nice to meet Ella and she's very familiar with the property where she is showing me. And, very importantly, she came very on time. -11th Feb I hold my opinion for now, sorry that I'm too sensitive to the attitude but the way you negotiate the price sounds a bit rude to me. -12th Feb
Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re so pleased to hear that you had a great experience with Ella.

GoogleMy Mother passed away last September and, as Executor, I needed a valuation of her house for probate. I was walking past Jackson-Robinson in Welling so I thought I would call in to see how much a valuation would cost. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that there was no charge for a valuation for probate purposes. Once the valuation had been done and I had received written confirmation of the value I decided that we would also put the house on the market with Robinson-Jackson. In the first week there were a large number of viewings resulting in 4 offers from potential buyers, all above the minimum asking price. It was explained to any potential buyer that probate would need to be granted before the sale could be completed. Once we had decided which offer to accept the sale was handed over to their Sales Progressing team. The Sales Progressing team was the go between our buyers, their solicitors, my Solicitors and me. I can not fault the service they provided. I received regular updates and once probate was received, I was also given some recommendations to keep the process on track. It made the whole process very easy for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Robinson-Jackson as they provided both an excellent and thorough service from the very first visit into the branch right up to completion day.
