GoogleI got my office through the help of Zach Garrard who has been so helpful and patient in dealing with my demand. It's not easy for hunting for the right office as I don't want to be too far away from home. I contacted many agents to help me and viewed so many properties in many areas and found nothing fit till I met Zach. The first property he showed me was on the third floor, I told him immediately that it was not good for me as I had knee problems. He then showed me another unit on the ground floor that I said yes immediately. Zach also helped me negotiate for a better price and arranged all documents to be done to speed up the process. I appreciate this so much his help. The work and services he did for me were first class. He did a good job and I highly recommend him if anyone looks for office space in Bromley and Orpington areas.

Google5 stars just isn’t enough for hummerstone & hawkins! They went above and beyound on helping us find the right commercial property in the perfect location No matter what questions we had they would always help even if it was not their expertise. We had an issue with our solicitors and they even chased things up for us which they didn’t have to do and even now 4+ months after completion any questions we have there is no hesitation from them with speedy replies as always.
