A big thank you to Zach & David who made it so easy for myself to find a new office space to rent. Rewind 9 years, the rented us our last unit, now we are back again. We placed interest into a unit which unfortunately didn’t pan out, but their communication and honesty was second to none, it felt like you mattered to them, rather than just a number. We now have the keys to our new unit and are excited to get the works started to make it perfect for us. Thanks again for all your help

In my experience, I was told there were parking spaces available, but this turned out not to be the case, the space belonged to a neighbouring residential property and I was told to ask them to share it. I was also left waiting for hours on more than one occasion due to no one having keys available. Communication was very poor throughout, with conflicting information being passed between parties and claims being made that did not reflect what others were actually saying. The situation became so difficult that even the solicitors involved stopped engaging with the agent. When investing a significant amount of money, I expected clear detail and properly managed communication. Instead, important points felt glossed over and concerns were framed as “things being dragged on,” despite the solicitors carrying out their roles for both parties. Based on my experience, the approach felt overly sales-driven and focused on progressing the deal rather than ensuring all details were properly addressed. I would not recommend them to manage a property

Have worked with Hummerstone and Hawkins in the past and found them to be useful and efficient. In a most recent dealing however they have fallen far short of the mark and colluded with third parties outside the deal made, to sabotage the agreed contract through solicitors to inflate the price (and their commission). From being a trusted asset we could work with they have become a company we would not choose to work with again.

David and Zach Garrard are excellent at their job. I would like to thank both for their expert input with a commercial letting in Welling, which completed recently. David and Zach were patient with the twist and turns in a situation with inherent problems (namely an ongoing squatter in the upstairs flat). David created a shortlist of potential tenants and organised a meeting with the candidates, which I attended. Each were given exactly 10 minutes to pitch and put across their business plans. This was an excellent idea - anyone can look convincing on paper, but after the face to face meetings it was obvious who I should go with. This was all down to David. David and Zach run a family business without the corporate gloss of anonymous bigger agents, which is their great strength. They know the Welling property market intimately and are located within it. It is David's business, it isn't just a job, consequently the care and attention given is exceptional.
