Google'Moving estate agency on' - house. Partnership's strapline. Empty words or visionary statement of intent? Definitely the latter as far as my wife and I are concerned. Yes, they cover all the bases that the corporates do but thankfully, they offer those all-important added dimensions - exemplars in marketing your property (they are especially savvy in the ever-increasing world of social media) and most significant for us, the good old-fashioned values of 'working above and beyond the call of duty' and 'going the extra mile.' We benefited from great teamwork from David, Jack and especially Nick who did most of the heavy lifting. Well done guys, its been an absolute pleasure.

Matthew Gilbert is very knowledgable about the market, was the only agent who gave us realistic pricing advice, and is reliable and trustworthy (as well as being a thoroughly nice guy).
Prior to instructing Matthew, we had a terrible experience with another local agent from one of the “brand name” estate agencies. They lied to us, gave poor advice on pricing and marketing strategy, and hampered our prospects of making a sale. Matthew changed all that and was a delight to work with throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to engage Matthew again next time I need to sell or buy a house.

GoogleI highly recommend House to anyone, I came across a beautiful property listed for rent by House on Zoopla and got a call from Sophie to arrange a viewing the very next day, she was so lovely and helpful with answering all the questions I had at the viewing and gave me great advice which ultimately helped me win over the landlords due to the high interest in the property and everything after that went smoothly all the way up to my move in day thanks to Sophie giving me regular updates. The property was handed over to me absolutely spotless I didn’t have anything to do besides moving my stuff in!
I recently had an issue with my hob as it had cracked, I was so nervous to let the agents know as I felt absolutely awful about it but both Mati and Sophie were so lovely and understanding about the whole situation, they dealt with it very quickly and I had a new induction hob put in by my landlord that same weekend. Thank you so much to everyone in the Lettings department at House for your continued help I feel very lucky to be one of your tenants 😊

GoogleI appointed House Partnership to help sell my home in Guildford, Surrey after another very well-known estate agent had been trying to sell it for several months. The initial agent didn’t do anything wrong but equally didn’t do much proactively either and the updates I received from them were almost the same every week - more or less word for word. The difference when I added House was immediate - suddenly I felt my agent was interested and excited about my house, whereas previously I’d felt I was ‘just another house’. Anyway, they found me a buyer in just a couple of weeks after they took over and at a price better than I’d thought. When I told the initial agent that I’d found a buyer they said House ‘had got lucky’. I don’t think there was any luck involved - they were just better agents. Thank you House!
