Incredibly happy, Erin has been amazing, me and my partner are first time buyers and from start to finish Erin has been so helpful. Right from the start the viewing process she made us feel very comfortable not pressured but was also very knowledgeable with our questions. Erin explained everything and the different stages. Sorted out my solicitor and mortgage and then I was left pretty much to sort my house purchase by myself. Emails where ignored and when answered there was alway an excuse why they had been " not seen" I sent an email to cancel building insurance on four occasions and was told it was going to be sorted. So after the house sale was completed I get a letter stating they had applied building insurance for my new home!! Was very expensive also. Had to phone the company up and cancel as I had already got my own Abysmal service. Think twice before letting them sort out your mortgage. Jake does get a 5 star due to his happy, helpful attitude and great cup of tea🙂 unfortunately he was let down by the mortgage consultant.
