GoogleCourteous and helpful team, but at times let themselves down by a lack of urgency in following-up on issues and providing clear, timely communication, e.g. results of inspections. Good at the sales & marketing, but some opportunity for improvement on the operational side. Generally efficient in collection and payment of funds. A need to focus on protecting the landlords' assets.

They're not afraid to use their initiative and just get on with the job which I find really helpful. I've been letting my house with them for several years and the service has been the same since day 1.
