GoogleAnthony and his staff went above and beyond to find us a buyer, sadly it didn't happen.This was certainly thro no lack of trying on his behalf. As the market is not very favourable at the moment we have decided to wait until Spring. We shall definitely be using Belvoir again.

GoogleWill definitely not recommend. We enquired about viewing a home and the letting agent told us sure no problem and would get back to us as we had questions about the property she did not have the answers to. We never received a call back and we had to chase up to find out what was going on. Only to hear they already have someone they are probably going to go with! (Sounds like a compromise.) Why didn't they say that on the phone instead of telling us we could view it later on in the week? Completely unprofessional and so sad the landlord missed out on good tenants such as ourselves. We'll be taking our business elsewhere and avoiding ALL properties advertised by this company! Train your employees Belvoir!

They really have gone above and beyond, supporting me with my solicitor through the buying process. GoogleI've recently purchased a property through Belvoir and I must say they've been great! I have personally been liasing with Anthony Jackman and he's been brilliant. No doubt he's made the process run a lot quicker and smoother, resulting in completion after just 2 months. Another thing to add and something I personally appreciated, he was very quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. Keep up the good work guys! Would definitely use again!

From the outset we found the team friendly, professional and knowledgeable giving us the confidence that we could trust them with the management of our property. They provided a great sales service supported by photographs and written details which once released attracted a number of potential tenants within just a few days. They helped and advised us in the selection of the tenant and made sure all the appropriate checks were carried out before any agreement was reached, liaising with the tenant on our behalf making the transition from our move to the tenants occupation seamless.
