GoogleHad to make a claim with MyDeposits to get my deposit back. MyDeposits gave me back a big chunk of the withold deposit. This estate agency will take your money if you don't make a claim or if you don't fight for it.

GoogleSimply outstanding is the best way to sum up my experience. Could not have asked for a better service or result. Got really sound advice on value of the property and best approach to get the best result, which worked a treat, getting us well above the asking price. Sam Dey and the team were extremely professional - always doing what they said they would, responding to calls and emails swiftly and helped chase stuff down. Proactive, never needed me to chase them on anything. Would unreservedly recommend.

GoogleI honestly could not recommend Dey King anymore if I tried! Sam is a total gem of a human and has been with daily, throughout every single step of the buying process! Without him and his constant communication I really do not know how I would of got through! Professional, communaitve, a joy to work with, gets the job done and all with a big smile and a sense of warmth! I am so so so grateful to Sam and the Dey King team and I honestly think they are the best estate agent in the world! Service is beyond brilliant and if your looking to be really looked after and feel like your part of the family use Dey King!

GoogleDey King and Haria were excellent. 5* service from walking through our door to value the property with a wealth of information and a big smile, through to the successful sale of our home during Covid times. All the team were great, in particular Sam, who was always on top of the latest from various solicitors. Cannot recommend DKH enough to anyone. GoogleWhy are Dey King and Haria so good? They understand people and put them at the heart of what they do. We have used other estate agents in the past, and they simply don't compare. We listed with this company in March, and it couldn't have been more straightforward - even through the lockdown. We would like to massively thank Sam for helping us through every single step of the way , he offered plenty of reassurance and assistance when needed. Even during the Peak of the pandemic, Sam and his team were very easy to get hold of and still managed to maintain their high level of professionalism. GoogleSusan was great. She almost single-handedly sourced the correct tenant for my property. Although I lost a month's rent, this was due to my being unsure of my move date and had I have known I could have moved at my leisure. However, the moment the tenant fell through, she immediately re-marketed the property and was extremely determined to find the correct tenant as quickly as possible, which she did. She kept me informed on a frequent basis and organised everything. There is no way I could have managed everything with her. She is always friendly and approachable and has the patience of a saint. The other members, are helpful as well.

GoogleHighly recommend. Sam and Ben kept us informed throughout the whole progress of our sale. Always returned calls, even if it was late afternoon, with updates. The whole process was made an awful lot easier by dealing with these nice people. I’m sure we weren’t always as patient as we could have been but Sam always reassured and kept us in the loop. Ben, Sam and Fawn were amazing, The photographs they took of my flat looked great and they were just a pleasure to deal with. I had the flat up for sale with other agents for a while and was getting no viewings. Once I switched to Dey King and Haria I got an offer after about two months (for more than I expected to get for it!). The sale went through very smoothly, they did a great job going back and forth between solicitors and keeping the buyer happy. They're a good bunch of people, very warm and genuine :) .
