The DKH team truly understand how testing the whole process of selling a house is for their clients and were flexible throughout and once sold, by our side to help is navigate the legal process, which was challenging. We always felt that our interests came first, and having a dedicated sales progressor is invaluable, and certainly reduced the stress of moving. Very nice people to deal with, know their patch and have some stunning properties on their books. Highly recommended

GoogleTHE BEST estate agents by far. Never thought I'd say that but genuinely mean it. Moving home is never easy, but they've made the whole process seamless and have been there to support every step of the way. They have different team members each responsible for different aspects of the process and everything has a system. The advice we were given was genuine and honest for what we wanted. Having been with many other estate agents, wouldn't want to deal with anyone else!

GoogleUnder the Equality and Human Rights Commission and the Citizens Advice guidance, refusing tenants simply because they have children may amount to indirect discrimination, especially against women, because women are statistically more likely to be primary carers. Blanket policies like “No children” can therefore be legally risky for landlords. However, landlords may still refuse an application for other lawful reasons, such as: • The property is genuinely too small for the household under overcrowding rules. • Affordability concerns. • Bad references or credit history. • The building is unsuitable or unsafe for children. If the only reason is “you have two children,” you can: • Ask the landlord or agent to explain the reason in writing. • Challenge the decision through the letting agent’s complaints process. • Get advice from Citizens Advice or Shelter UK. Also, landlords are generally not allowed to advertise blanket bans like “No DSS” or “No children” without justification, as courts have found some of these practices discriminatory.

Google***Hell for renters but heaven for Landlords**** If you are renting through DKH then be ready to deal with a very cheap landlord type mentality… At the end of tenancy, you will feel like FBI has scanned the property and 100s of photos with even a 1mm mark or chip will be shared and an insane amount (minimum £1000) will be deducted from your deposit. I spoke with my friends/colleagues who rented through DKH and it’s a cumulative feedback!! Terrible people to deal with, beware of renting from DKH. Adding the true experience review in my attachment so that a clear picture can be seen!!

GoogleWe cannot speak highly enough of everyone we dealt with at DKH Watford during our 3 year house hunt - in particular both Sams and Rebecca. They were endlessly supportive and proactive in trying to locate us our perfect home, showing us around countless properties and always being friendly, informative and knowledgeable. When a potential property came up outside of their patch they got straight in touch and put us on to their Ricky branch where we eventually made our purchase. They have also been fantastic in the ongoing sale of our own property. We've dealt with many estate agents in the area over recent years and the DKH are far and above the best around. Highly recommend.

GoogleI cannot speak too highly of DKH Estate agents. Initially my wife and I met with Samual Day ( Sam ) who was very efficient in explaining what his agency would do for us and was very pleasant to deal with. Once our flat was on the market we met with the sales girls, Rebecca and Samantha, who were very polite and experienced in their work and kept us updated with the viewings. Hannah, who saw through the sales process, also kept on top of every stage of the sale once we had a buyer. We were never kept in the dark and nothing was too much trouble if we had any questions relating to the progression of the sale. We sold our small flat within a few days of it being marketed, which we believe was due to the efficiency of the girls. We were so impressed that we would have no hesitation in recommending DKH to anyone wanting to sell their property.

GoogleRenter struggle when dealing with DKH, if any appliances fail during the tenancy.. the agent will push you to own the expense end to end and dkh will make sure that the landlord never claims the house insurance which should happen ideally, It was a very painful experience, typical cheap landlord mentality, and at the end of tenancy.. agent will make sure you end up paying atleast £1000 from your deposit through random claims…,

GoogleI spoke to MANY estate agents before deciding who to appoint to sell my flat in Watford and I cannot fault Dey, King & Haria. It was obvious Ben, Sam and Ketz are highly experienced, passionate and honest. I was told by the big nationwide estate agencies that they were the best option because they had agencies all over the country and that they had a lot of people working behind the scenes to secure the viewings and manage a viewing diary. I much preferred to have 3 experienced guys (rather than 20 Junior staff) working hard to find a buyer because they are driven to build their new business in a competitive environment. The fact that in this day and age Zoopla and Right Move are key means that the large nationwide agencies do not hold the strength of distribution any more. Ben went over and beyond what he needed to do in order to keep track of the solicitors involved in the sale. You could easily reach Dey, King & Haria at anytime of the day and they even offered me great advice on helping me find something to purchase - even though it wasn't through them. I accepted an offer on my flat in less than a week of it being put up for sale, and they even had two viewings the same day the flat went onto the market! I would highly recommend Dey, King & Haria and will be using them in the future.
