GoogleCouldn't have asked for better. Just moved into the area for work and was living out of AirBnBs in the meantime. Walked into the office hoping to collect an empty tenancy application form and somehow walked out of there 90 minutes with a contract signed and keys in hand! The team were absolutely fantastic! GoogleI moved from outside the country and found this agency to be the best to deal with when looking for a property. Very good communication and really supportive to special circumstances when it comes to renting an apartment with them. Very straightforward process and the staff in the office is always keen to help if you have any question or need for any sort of document from them. Highly recommendable.

Our agent Matthew, was very considerate of our requirements and arranged viewings for us in properties that could not have been more perfectly suited. We were given our own space to view the properties and any questions we had were answered in full. The application process was straightforward and the agency couldn’t possibly have helped any more, the application forms come with all the details you could possibly need. The response time for questions was great. Anytime my partner and I had questions they were answered within such a short space of time. We’ve dealt with a lot of agency’s throughout our lives but none compare with the service we received with Montgomery & McCleery and I could not recommend them high enough. It is a pleasure to deal with this agency and Long may it continue.

GoogleRented from this crowd and the property was in very poor condition upon moving into it, required deep cleaning with mould everywhere. I didn´t argue so much about this as I knew from the viewing that it required cleaning. However, after leaving the apartment, there was a deduction from the deposit for cleaning. As far as lease conditions come ´return the apartment as you got it´, they should have paid us 80 pound. It felt like a spit in the face and a sly move for a few extra quid. Be weary of that and cover yourself as much as possible if you do opt to rent one of their properties, they´ll leech otherwise.

GoogleOne star because no stars isn't an option. They got paid for supposedly managing my property while I was out of the country for a few years, the rent money went direct to them so no problems with them getting their money. Their tenant pretty much ruined my house internally which means I can only assume they did not inspect the property at any time. Basically terrible service would have been better to leave the house empty. Would not accept any responsibility and gave the tenant their security deposit back without my consent. I'm sure they've got some satisfied customers but no one I've spoken to is one. so I think you should use one of the other agents in Derry if you do need to have your property managed, there's no way any of them can be worse than this crowd.
