GoogleI have dealt with Montgomery for at least five times for rental. Not even a single time they give proper reason and it all seems pre decided who is gonna get the rental. Some days even after visiting within 30 mins they rejected my application.. Absolute joke of an agent!

GoogleI owned, and was resident in a property until a few years ago and when my personal circumstances changed I decided to rent out my home ;I was recommended to use Montgomery and McCleery as my letting agent. I just wanted to take this opportunity to convey my appreciation ( having recently installed a new tenant , on my behalf) ; their levels of service, communications and efficient, helpful approach have been exemplary and I am deeply grateful. I have largely dealt with Lynn ( and found her to be fantastic) but have had occasion to deal, and liaise with, other members of the team. Their very professional, helpful and efficient work is deeply appreciated; all my dealings with the staff thus far have been very positive. I understand the heavy workload they have but it is really impressive that they manage to deal with cases such as mine with prompt, individual personal attention. Keep up the great work; I really can't over estimate the superlative work this team do! With thanks for all you do on behalf of property owners such as myself. Dr Sinead Davies

GoogleRecently sold my property with them. Fantastic marketing of the property so that it was positioned correctly for the local market. As someone who lives outside the local area their local knowledge was invaluable. Kept up to date with viewings and bids so that I never had to chase on the case. Property sold in around 1 week from going on the market. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend if you want quality as well as peace of mind.

FacebookWell where do I start with a review with this estate agent!!! I was disgusted to hear that this estate agent is famous for ripping people off with their deposits. When a friend of mine came to me and said this agent would not give them their deposit after promising the return of the deposit when a new client occupied the premises. The shop was actually left in a better condition when my friend left the premises, no damage at all and there was no reason to keep a deposit other than greed. You will not get your deposit back from this agent if you take them in. Shame on you Montgomery!

GoogleI have previously rented a property with Montgomery & McCleery and always had fantastic support from them. Any repairs or issues throughout the time me and my husband were at the property were dealt with swiftly and to the highest standard. I always felt listened to and Montgomery and McCleery staff were genuine, positive and so helpful. Thank you for everything over the past few years of renting with you.

He was able to keep details in mind and solve problems before informing us. He gave useful suggestions and we can feel that our interest was considered . The most important, he is always there when you need talk to him. Fully recommend their professional service.

GoogleCouldn't have asked for better. Just moved into the area for work and was living out of AirBnBs in the meantime. Walked into the office hoping to collect an empty tenancy application form and somehow walked out of there 90 minutes with a contract signed and keys in hand! The team were absolutely fantastic! So kind and enthusiastic about what they do and just really eager to help.

Very good communication and really supportive to special circumstances when it comes to renting an apartment with them.
