Everything so straight forward. all the hard work was done by them and Louise kept us in the loop of what was going on the whole time. I’m surprised they weren’t fed up of us after asking to view the property various of time at the latest time possible but louise was more than happy to accommodate us. Couldn’t of asked for more! GoogleI have had the best experience anyone could ask for with Emma from You Move Waterlooville! I made a call to enquire about renting my flat and literally within 3 days I had viewings and found some lovely tenants. I have had feedback already that they are happy! I have had a roller coaster of a time with my move. Emma made the process so smooth for me. Most of all she is so lovely, kind and always so helpful and understanding right up until the very last moment when I handed over my keys. That meant a lot at such a stressful time. GoogleRegistered interest in renting a property back in November and was told awaiting access from tenants, tried to chase with Emma in the past couple weeks or so to be told there is no access to then find out the let has been agreed with zero contact from the to say so. As if finding a place to live in this climate wasn't stressful enough. Poor poor communication. It seems if you're not a buyer you're just not considered important enough.
Thank you for your feedback Clare. We initially had to wait for the current tenant to confirm access dates which caused a delay. We had 40 plus people wishing to view this property and could only show so many. Emma apologises for not calling you to confirm the property had been taken however has been off with covid and only returned to the office today. Good luck in your search for a new home.

GoogleProvided ease during a pandemic! I have been so impressed with the support and help finding a place to rent by Your Move. This is my first time renting outside of house sharing and it has been one I can truly say has been made very smooth! I want to particular mention Cheryl, she has shown excellent professionalism and a friendly service with quick responses to emails, advice about moving to the area and her general communication skills have been amazing! Any query I had (which was quite a few) she was more than happy to help. I cannot recommend this agency enough. And Cheryl is a true asset to your team! Thank you.

Once they understood what I was looking for they found the perfect place. Renting the property out was easy too. They look after both landlord and tenant and make the whole experience easy. Gemma has always been superb in handling questions and dealing with situations as they arise. Highly recommended

GoogleSelling our 85 year old mums house for her while myself and my brother and sister all live in different cities was going to be a difficult task, but with the help of Sue and Josie at Waterlooville it went a lot lot smoother than we all expected! From start to finish Sue and Josie were there to help, nothing was too much trouble for them. They made a very difficult and emotional time for us all a lot easier to get through and we will always be grateful for their help and the excellent service they gave us! GoogleOverall had fantastic service from Libby at your move, she kept me updated throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble for her she was amazing, however on the day I was collecting the keys it was a shambles, I was kept waiting in the office while they tried to contact the person who had taken the keys to do the inventory check, then they told me to go for a walk for 20 mins and when I returned they said they couldn’t contact her and gave me the keys from their drawer nearly an hour and half after I arrived

Apologies you had to wait for the keys ,however ,we did not confirm a time for you to collect the keys as we were waiting for the Inventory to be conducted, therefore the wait could have been avoided. As we were aware you were waiting, we decided to give you our maintenance set of keys rather than waiting longer for the Inventory clerk to return with your set of keys. Hope you have now settled in ok - All the best in your new home.
