My whole move process to Waterlooville was much easier than I thought and all thanks to Libby and the whole your move team in waterlooville. They helped me through online viewing as I was in the north and couldn’t manage to come in person and I did not find any difference from what I had seen online. Couldn’t thank them enough and I absolutely recommend Your move to anyone who is planning to move into this area.

Couldn’t thank Louise enough for helping us find out first family home! Overall had fantastic service from Libby at your move, she kept me updated throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble for her she was amazing, however on the day I was collecting the keys it was a shambles, I was kept waiting in the office while they tried to contact the person who had taken the keys to do the inventory check, then they told me to go for a walk for 20 mins and when I returned they said they couldn’t contact her and gave me the keys from their drawer nearly an hour and half after I arrived

Registered interest in renting a property back in November and was told awaiting access from tenants, tried to chase with Emma in the past couple weeks or so to be told there is no access to then find out the let has been agreed with zero contact from the to say so. As if finding a place to live in this climate wasn't stressful enough. Poor poor communication. It seems if you're not a buyer you're just not considered important enough.
