I had some issues with maintenance and I called and spoke to a lovely lady called Danielle. She was very polite and helpful and had all my issues resolved very quickly. I would definitely ask Danielle to help me in the future. Well done Beals. Excellent as usual.

We phoned Beales twice to view a property and were told they would get back to us with a suitable time, they never returned our call, we saw on rightmove it was sold. Disappointing service, I wouldn't use them to sell our house
