Beals sold my flat and did an excellent job. Ross discussed the sale with me in detail and ensured I was fully aware of how beals had calculated an appropriate sale price and marketing strategy. The flat sold very quickly and I achieved the sales value I had hoped for. Ross also kept me fully informed all along the way.

TrustpilotGreat service
I sold my house through Kirsty and she was a real gem in a sea of very poor estate agents in the Waterlooville area. She kept me informed at every stage of the process and gave me plenty of sound advice. Would definitely use her and Beal's Estate Agents again.

My Dad (who is over 70 years old) sold a house with Beals and I feel like they haven’t treated him properly. I spoke with the person sorting his stuff out and they didn’t seem as friendly as you’d hope - considering he sold his house through them you’d expect them to speak to you nicely?
