GoogleI employed the services of Property Partners,namely Deirdre Phelan for the sale of my house this year.The level of service was exceptional as various forms of media were used with regular updates on my property and Deirdre was always so professional and courteous in the arranging and implementation of viewings.She has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share whilst remaining flexible and accommodating depending on what may be required, particularly during a pandemic. Positivity and professionalism were perfectly balanced which meant a great deal to me .Property Partners provided a very successful outcome for me in a relatively short period of time and certainly reduced considerably the stress associated with selling a house.

Deirdre was amazing from start to finish and went over and beyond her duties to assist us in every way. Thanks to her advice and expertise we had a very easy, stress free sale with everything going very smoothly. We are not living in Waterford so we had to rely on Deirdre to organize lots of work on the house to get it ready for the sale and she organized everything for us. The companies she used, from maintenance to cleaning were all very professional and cost effective. Thanks to Deirdre, our sale closed yesterday and I can honestly say it was thanks to Deirdre’s advice and guidance along the way!

I had a bad experience as a first timer buyer and the seller of the original house I was supposed to buy pulled out at the last minute and I was devastated. My solicitor recommended Deirdre and it was absolute plain sailing from the first day I went to view the house!
