Really recommend the Agents and in particular Luke. We got to know Luke when initially buying a property where he was the selling agent, and we were very impressed with his highly attentive communication approach, and responsiveness through the buying process. Therefore, when turning to sell another property, we met a number of agents, but decided to go with Luke given our prior experience, “on the other side”. Once again we were thoroughly impressed, he spent significant time helping with the initial staging photography (vs other “high end” agents who just told us the photographer would be in touch directly with us to organise) - therefore ensuring the materials were super high quality and showed the property in the best light. Ultimately, this helped support an above asking price offer and transaction, completed in very short order. Again with Luke being all over the transaction. Would not hesitate to recommend further.

Luke looked after us very well all the way from initial valuation about 2 yrs prior to going on the market through to sale of ours and purchase of another property. He communicated with us throughout in a way that suited us, mostly via WhatsApp and calls, keeping us up to date and helping to push where required (unfortunately more than i believe to be normal with our solicitors). The photos and floorplans were to a high standard and very professional, viewings were on time and of minimal disruption and I really felt like I could trust him to do the right thing throughout. On first meeting Luke he was professional, polite and very personable. During the viewings Olivia and Ava were also very polite, on time, professional, and extremely friendly Luke’s knowledge of his business and advise to us made the very stressful process of selling a property easier. His willingness to go above and beyond and answer any queries even out of work hours enabled us to sell our property in 3 months. The only reason for 4 stars is their charges and not a reflection of Luke’s hard work. Would definitely recommend.

7 Star, bespoke, stunning service. I can honestly say these guys are true professionals, Luke was amazing, he knew what stage everyone in the chain where up to at all times and kept us fully informed.
